| UADT and
UWT
 |
For vehicle weighing applications without scale
operators, METTLER TOLEDO offers two unattended terminal solutions, the
UWT and UADT Weighing Terminals.
METTER TOLEDO
offers the UADT (Unattended Data Terminal) that interfaces directly with
METTLER TOLEDO OverDrive software and the UWT (Unattended Weighing Terminal)
that includes VSU inbound/outbound weighing software. A ticket printer,
badge reader, I/O, and intercom can be included with the system. Advantages
include productivity improvement, 24 hour per day operation, facility access
control, and transaction reporting.
The UADT and UWT consist of a 609mm x 609mm x 380mm stainless steel outdoor
enclosure housing a JAGXTREME scale instrument, display, QWERTY keyboard,
and optional printer, proximity card reader, loop detector and I/O. The UADT
system is designed to connect via ethernet to a PC in a building which is
running OverDrive transaction processing software. The UWT comes with
JAGBASIC VSU inbound/outbound vehicle weighing software and also be
connected via ethernet to a remote PC for simple transaction report
downloading. Typical applications include aggregates operations,
agricultural, pulp/paper, waste, chemical, and metals processing.
