Mettler Toledo Economy Weigh Modules are available in two material choices to fit the application environment. VLM3 and SWD440 weigh modules are available in epoxy painted carbon steel or stainless steel mounting hardware. SWB220 weigh modules are provided in zinc plated carbon steel or electro-polished stainless steel finish. VLM3 and SWD440 weigh modules incorporate a sliding suspension to allow for thermal expansion and contraction along with built-in side checking. The SWB220 weigh module is provided with an elastomeric top plate that provides vibration dampening as well as a built-in load cell overload stop.

Multi-Purpose weigh modules are used for
medium-capacity weighing. They are designed for dynamic loading
applications that involve horizontal forces. Typical loading methods are
by conveyor, ramp, and fork lift. Modules have self-centering and
self-checking suspension. Accessories allow to adapt to the specific
application. Stabilizers for mixing tanks, Thermal-Pads for hot tanks and
Dummy-Load Cells for level detection applications are available. All
safety features like Lift-Off Protection, 360° Checking, Safety-Downstop

To avoid bad batches and provide maximum uptime PowerMount weigh modules monitor individual load cells "real time" and provide alarms in case of a failure. Load cell overload, drift and system symmetry are constantly monitored and logged. For the highest product quality with minimum waste PowerMount Weigh Module PowerCells are available up to OIML 10000e, C10 accuracy level; three times more accurate than typical industrial load cells. The built-in microprocessor compensates temperature, creep and linearity effects continuously - far beyond what analog load cells can achieve.

SWB805 Hygenic Module |
The SWB805 is a fully approved hygienic weigh module for food and pharmaceutical applications. The design is optimized for avoiding contamination and meets compliance requirements in harsh environments. It is designed according to EHEDG guidelines and is NSF and GMP approved. The weigh module is designed according to hygienic design principles and certified by GMP and NSF. This reduces risk of contamination to a minimum. Hollow cavities are reduced, so that undetected bacteria collection is unlikely. Increased efficiency due to highly-polished self-draining surfaces that clean and dry easily and quickly. Visual inspection is easy thanks to the open design. There are no exposed bellows to be damaged. |

Ringmount |
RINGMOUNT™ weigh modules let you add weighing capabilities to your process by converting a tank or other vessel into a scale. A smooth, sanitary design makes them ideal for clean-in-place applications in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and biotech industries. Redundant Ringmount |
To avoid bad batches and provide maximum uptime Ringmount Redundant weigh modules provide two systems operating in parallel, providing weight data even if one system becomes non-operational. Use Redundant Ringmount when production downtime cannot be tolerated. 0970 Redundant Ringmount Weigh Modules are available with C6 OIML analog load cells. Safety features like Lift-off Protection and 360° Checking are built-in to the hardware design. Due to the 360° horizontal Checking it does not matter how the weigh modules are orientated; easing installation layout. 0970 Redundant Ringmount Weigh Modules are provided with grade 316 stainless steel mounting plates standard; providing a high degree of corrosion resistance in harsh environments.

Tension Weigh Modules |
SWS310 tension weigh module in combination with SLS510 tension load cell convert a suspended tank or hopper into a scale. Tension weigh modules fully support the weight of a suspended structure. Mounting hardware ensures that only vertical load is measured, providing reliable weighing. SWS310 is available in various capacities in kg or lb. calibration. The SWS310/SLS510 have NTEP, OIML, ATEX, and FM approvals standard on all load cells.
The SLS510 stainless steel tension load cells provide exceptional weighing accuracy in a wide range of process weighing applications.
The mounting hardware includes a bonding strap, PTFE-lined bearings, and PTFE washers to reduce the risk of electrical damage. The bonding strap helps to protect the load cell by shunting electrical currents directly from the top clevis to the bottom clevis, instead of through the load cell.
Each weigh module is equipped with a pair of clevis and rod assemblies that are designed to measure only vertical loads and restrain the vessel from moving. The zinc-plated carbon steel hardware is strong enough to support a vessel safely. |
